Winter Fire

Do you dream of a cosy winter getaway to snuggle up by a warm fire with your beloved, glass of wine in hand, not having to think about a thing…accept putting another log on the fire. Even if you thought glamping is only for the warmer months … well you might have to think again.

At Nightfall we consciously decided to design a space for all seasons, a space where people could slow down, where conversation, laughter and silence … to listen … to the birdsong outside, the flowing waters tumbling over boulders and the crackling of the fire is actively encouraged.

Inside all of Nightfall’s spacious safari tents you can make the most of a 360 degree rotating fire place at the centre so that a view of the fire can be enjoyed at every aspect of the internal design. From the built in rustic king size beds loaded with delightful organic textures, or submerged in the twin vintage baths, or simply lounging. Our longe areas are covered with cushions that can be arranged on the floor to get an even closer vantage to the fire.

The main lounge and dining space located on the edge of the cascading waters has a retro copper open fire as a centre focus with feature gabion wall filled with washed river stone framed in recycled hardwood and canvas sides that can be rolled up to reveal a view of the landscape at the wild edge of world heritage Lamington National Park a natural habitat that is echoed at Nightfall. Fireside you can relax enjoy a cool beverage from the bar with warm ambiance while engaged with the flora and fauna of this naturally blended space.
