Simply add 1/2-1 cup of salts to hot running water and allow to dissolve, then adjust temperature to suit. If you do not have a bath tub to soak in you can use the salts as a foot soak in a smaller tub just for your feet and still receive a sense of well-being.

The refill pack is the same quantity as the refillable glass mason jar. So if you need more of this luxurious soak it is easy to re-order and re-fill.
